Not many stores opened their. Mall literally shut down. The Jewelry store we were looking for was closed. Only thing opened of any interest was Kohls and some shoe shops. Small snack venue but not much else. Great place for senior citizens to gather and walk. Quiet and dark.

I went to Westland mall after years I had family that came to visit from Spain they needed some stuff from hm then we went to grab something to eat wonderful Japanese food it also took me to memory lane they were playing chest n my favorite game domino they were some older people having a blast the only thing I didn’t enjoy I didn’t feel very safe I didn’t see no security n there were some teenagers been disrespectful to some woman also they had a train for the kids

A good place for families with nice variety of shops. My only complaint is. How long the owner are going to allow dogs that aren’t a service animal? Like half and hour ago a dog almost bite my daughter, thank God a I had a quick reaction to avoid it, this is not a shelter, this is unacceptable, she was walking next to me and the dog try to bite her leg, again seriously the management needs to take care of this

Westland Mall continues to be one of the most convenient and reliable shopping spots in Hialeah. The mall is clean, easy to navigate, and has a solid mix of stores—from clothing and shoes to electronics and quick-service food options. What stands out most is how fast and stress-free the shopping experience is; parking is simple, the staff at most stores are helpful, and it never feels overwhelming like the larger malls in the area. The food court has also improved, offering good variety for a quick bite. Security is visible, and overall the mall feels safe and family-friendly. Whether you’re running errands, picking up gifts, or just looking for a relaxing place to walk around, Westland Mall gets the job done. A dependable local mall that keeps getting better.

Once this mall was the go to place for fine shopping. Unfortunately it is a mere ghost of what it once was. With Sears gone as well as the Sears Automotive the rest of the stores are serving a younger demographic. Several of the stores are not well kept or clean. The staff in several stores are more interested in playing with their cellphones than serving customers. Their is a good selection of restaurants that are doing well as well as Macys of course. Parking is plentiful and close to the entrances. I hope management of some of these establishments step up and revamp their look as well as the staff that is unwilling to service the clients. This is my hometown and I wish the best for its success.
